i planned to go to Gandaria City to play with 7121DSP, and i went at maybe 11.45ish, and arrived there about 12.15. i spotted a pair of pro DDR players, and i spent time playing with them for some time until one of them (actually he's 3x0t1c m4n) recognized me :P
the other one turned out to be boomba. several credits later, another guy showed up and i asked him.
"are you from ZIv?"
"yes."
"are you 7121DSP?"
"no. i'm w1b1."
oh. and yes, he still haven't showed up.
a few minutes later, boomba & 3x0t1c m4n decided to eat. i played and got some AAA (not PFC).
then w1b1's friend, marcell showed up also. he's a pretty nice player, though his perfect control isn't really good (well, in X. i dunno in other mixes). he said that he plays PUMP also. and the farthest he could go is Chimera Hard.
some kids wanted to play but they couldn't wait so long (i deliberately played till encore extra stage) :P
boomba & 3x0t1c m4n returned and played again. and the "air tragedy" happens again. he tried but failed in obtaining AAA PFC in air (several times!).
they played GFDM too. but i think the machine wasn't linked. but it didn't stop them from trying (playing the same song and pressing start button at the same time). i had the video but youtube FAILed in uploading it.
boomba: "this is crazily hard!"
returning, they tried to play Dancing Stage ft. Disney's Rave, but the card swiper shows "no connection. contact technician." and that also showed up on the X machine.
boomba: "the machines REALLY don't want me to play."
me: "because you didn't PFC-ed air :P"
well, we called the technician alright (no we didn't call Smeargle, please refer to this) and it got fixed right away.
i asked marcell to play with me, he said he want to freestyle on the 1st stage, so i let him choose AFRONOVA.
because he chose SUCH a song, i chose super samurai on the second stage (S-EXP). pwned.
then final stage, On The Break S-DIF. he got A.
extra stage, SABER WING S-DIF. pwned (he failed)
encore extra stage, he chose SUNKiSS♥DROP S-EXP. but he failed.
and finally, 7121DSP appeared even though i didn't realize it was him.
some time after that, marcell randomed final stage and i played the final stage for him, because it turned out to be PARANOiA EVOLUTION(X-Special). lol =D
for me... improvements are:
- got 4 AAAs
- got B in Trigger S-EXP
- got AA on Xmix 5 (Overcrush) S-BAS
- got AA on PARANOiA(X-Special) but failed on TRIP MACHINE(X-Special) :(
- got A on Horatio S-EXP
- maybe others, but i forgot
srsly they have something like this inside an arcade?
ALMOST! it's almost 573! (click on the pic to clarify :P)
some accomplishment :D
5 days left to the release of Pokémon Black and White Versions!
